Job Title: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) Staff Nurse - Dehradun

Location: Sabrr Foundation, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Role Summary:

The GNM Staff Nurse will play a vital role in supporting patient care and rehabilitation by providing nursing services, maintaining a therapeutic environment, and assisting doctors, psychologists, and counselors in daily clinical and therapeutic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide round-the-clock medical and nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation facility.
  • Administer medicines as prescribed by doctors and maintain detailed treatment records.
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental health parameters and report any changes promptly.
  • Assist in managing withdrawal, detoxification, and follow-up care procedures.
  • Support therapists and counselors during treatment sessions as needed.
  • Ensure hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols within the center are maintained.
  • Prepare and update medical documentation and patient progress notes.
  • Participate in health education and awareness programs for patients and families.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Nursing Council registration (preferably Uttarakhand State Nursing Council).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or mental health setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an empathetic approach to patient care.
Compensation:

Job Title: Intern - Clinical Psychology

Location: Sabrr Foundation, Delhi

Our programs integrate psychological counseling, evidence-based therapies, and holistic wellness practices such as yoga and mindfulness to support long-term recovery and emotional well-being.

Role Summary:

The Clinical Psychology Intern will assist the counseling and therapy teams in assessment, case documentation, and therapeutic interventions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to psychosocial rehabilitation, de-addiction therapy, and mental health practice under professional supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior psychologists in case history taking, psychological assessments, and therapy planning.
  • Observe and support individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
  • Participate in behavior modification and relapse prevention programs.
  • Prepare and maintain clients' psychological and progress records.
  • Contribute to mental health awareness, group activities, and psychoeducation sessions.
